BCU Logic LLC was founded to provide financial institutions with a competitive edge.  While managing and working with banks, credit unions, and farm credit institutions, we wondered why so many industry products and services weren't effective.  We realized many providers lacked real expertise and hands-on experience managing financial institutions*, so we developed our own solutions that produced meaningful competitive advantages.

* One large software/consulting firm claimed extensive financial insitution experience.  Actually only one employee... one... had briefly been an assistant branch manager, while a few others had been tellers or customer service representatives.  Not one employee had worked in any leadership or development role.  Yet the company was providing consulting and training to bank and credit union executives (for high fees) based on zero actual experience or expertise.  The company's President actually authored a book on Asset/Liability Management despite having absolutely no experience working for a financial institution or serving on an ALCO.  The bottom line?  Validate your advisors and vendors before relying on their guidance.
